Ingredients :
Oats : 1 cups (any instant oats powdered in a mixer)

Rice flour : 1/4 cup
Semolina (rava) : 1/4 cup
Water : 2 cups
Carrots : 1 (shredded)
Onions : 1 small
Coriander Leaves : handfull
Green Chillies : 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger : a small piece (finely chopped)
Mustard seeds : 1 tsp
Oil : to fry dosas
Salt : to taste
Method :
- Combine all the dry flours and salt.
- On a heated pan add mustard seeds, wait till it splutters.
- Add onions and saute till it gets translucent, add ginger and green chillies. (about 3-5 minutes)
- Add this mixture and the rest of the ingredients to the flour.
- Add water to form a batter, close and let it sit for 15 minutes. Oats soaks in water so add more water for making thinner dosas.
- Now heat the dosa pan, and make dosas on medium heat.
- Serve them hot with chutneys, sambar or kurma.
Note :
1. Spinach can be added to the batter. (Finely chop it and saute the spinach and add it to the batter)
2. You can add 1/2 cup of curd to the batter. But remember dosas get more softer.
